During a 360 tour, you also have the capability to measure rooms, windows and walls to get accurate dimensions for your furniture, artwork and framed photos.

Personalize your layout

When you build a new home with us, you can personalize with layout choices that fit your life, and our interactive floor plan feature offers a first look at different configurations. Just click on a specific choice, like a covered patio, vaulted ceiling or kitchen island to see how it transforms the floor plan. Just remember that any structural changes need to be confirmed before construction starts and selection does vary per floor plan and community.

You can even add furniture digitally to your living space. For instance, if you want to see how a king bed will fit in the primary bedroom or view a sofa in the great room, it's all possible!

You also get to choose where you want to live within the community, so we made sure this information is easy to see online. The detailed map shows the location of every homesite — if it's on the corner, near on-site amenities, like a park or pool, and which streets are closest.

Once you find a favorite community and would like a tour, you'll have a few options to accommodate your preferences. Simply 'request a tour' on our website to choose a private in-person or live video tour. Whether you're personally visiting the sales office or remotely, a KB sales counselor will guide you through a model home and answer questions along the way.

Seal the deal virtually

When it comes to closing escrow on your new KB home, we can also handle this exciting step online. If for some reason you can't be at the sales office or you'd just prefer to finalize the documents remotely, your sales counselor will work with you to sign the contract electronically.
