Lastly, remember that your neighborhood is just as important as the home you build. Go for a stroll or take a drive around the area to get a feel for the community. Check out community amenities and research local highlights. Explore nearby trails for hiking, shopping malls, supermarkets, and freeways surrounding your new home. This will be your future neighborhood, so get to know it as best you can.
